Offering Choices
-
This module tells you about Offering Choices to your child.
-
Young children have little control over their day, and challenging behavior can be a way for them to try and gain some control
-
Offering your child small choices throughout the day can meet their need to have control while allowing you to accomplish what you need to do
-
Offering Choices is something small you can do that will encourage cooperation from your child and make it less likely that they will use misbehavior to gain control
-
There are two sessions in this module. Session one takes about four minutes. Session two takes about three minutes.
